Mr. Fink has an extensive background in the design and implementation of computer systems.  This work involves all aspects of back-office and front-office operations, with emphasis on the flow of work process and the usability of information.  Clients rely on Mr. Fink to design and implement application programs, telecommunications networks and LANs.

A number of clients rely on Mr. Fink to evaluate current computer hardware and software and recommend future projects: updates or new systems.  Investigations on behalf of management have resulted in everything from 'tune ups' for existing systems, complete new designs and implementations, purchase of software packages and deployment of telecommunications networks to increase efficiency.  Much of this on-going design experience involves the use of telecommunications and networks to reduce costs, increase responsiveness and save time.

Recent assignments have included the audit and evaluation of existing systems with analysis and recommendation for changes to increase efficiency and save money.  This work has probed the integrity and reliability of computer processing along with the related controls relative to the strategic and tactical plans of the client companies.  Experience and skill in this area has led to a number of engagements and expertise relating to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.  Working directly for the senior management, Mr. Fink has been able to understand the business needs of the client companies and provide plans that included budgetary restrictions and time sensitive schedules.

Mr. Fink is applying his experience to helping companies achieve excellent quality Corporate Governance and internal controls.  Mitchell A.
